A plan so cunning........

On Saturday afternoon, GASP, myself and our two boys found ourselves at YWML and The Caribbean Queens ( TCQ)house to celebrate their youngests First Communion. When I say "found ourselves", we had actually been invited, which was unexpected but a delight. You see YWML and TCQ are marvellous hosts, so it promised to be a great afternoon and it was. On arrival, our boys disappeared as soon as they caught sight of the Bouncy Castle. GASP very kindly offered to supervise, so I proceeded into TCQ's beautiful kitchen. By the time she and YWML had kissed me, a large glass of Chenin Blanc had been forced into my hand and I was duly introduced to all present. Those in attendance included the adorable Sunshine and her just as adorable other half, who I shall refer to as Seaside, due to the fact that a)he was wearing turquoise blue and also b) because he complimented Sunshine perfectly. As I progressed around the room, on my way to greet TCQ's fabulous Mum of the Durbavilles, I paused to introduce myself ( in true Cougar style) to a very attractive,( well gorgeous actually) young man, who turned out to be, none other than, Sunshine's youngest son, who can only be referred to as Dishy. Now, the minute I met Dishy, a wee plan hatched, namely that Dishy needed to meet my little sister,the Ambassadrice, they would fall in love, marry, Sunshine and I would be related by marriage and their children would be beautiful. I kid you not, this thought process took about 3 seconds. Some time later, as Dishy took the part of goalkeeper for the casual ( yet mildly violent) game of footie which had started,I subtly ( not even close to subtly) suggested to Dishy that he should meet my little sister. I immediately enquired off Seaside, if young Dishy, was in love. He unfortunately confirmed that he was, but undaunted I carried on. I used words like blonde, bombshell, tall, leggy, witty, Paris and the number 25, but it was when I said the word Jameson, his eyes lit up. There was hope ! I went back inside and discussed the matter further with the Mad One and Sunshine. The Mad One could not believe we had not thought of it sooner. Sadly Sunshine really likes Dishy's girl, so we may have a struggle on our hands, but we will persevere . We will however, stop just short of putting a contract our on her....honestly !
YWML had has all a bit enthralled as his face appeared as if it had been airbrushed in it's smoothness. Numerous theories were put forward, Botox , moisturiser, a new diet, but YWML advised us that it was due to a new "position"...I cannot reveal any more, but plan to put the theory to the test in an effort to look 10 years younger . Truthfully , the reason he was looking so good might have something to do with the fact that he is married to a hottie !
